I want Szechuan food with this.

2nd tries a charm! The other Blaugies showing well with a horse blanket element on the nose, and hay. Very crisp, earthy and dry. Hints of soapiness, but nothing over the top. Quite good.

This is delicious. Complex, great nose, incredible weight and delicious finish. Yum

Flawed. Overtly soapy and extreme eucalyptus. Weird.

First time I see anything from them in Boston.A decent Saison, with raisins and faint cloves overtones on top of hay and grass. I hope the rest of their stuff is significantly better
