Trying to be crunchy but stopping just shy...prob exacerbated by cellar temp. RED raspberry, cherry, also trying to be austere but not quite, giving burst of juiciness, amaro.
Tannins are like sprinkles in the background if that...As it warmed up you could argue a slight aromatic prune note . I say argue bc prunes aren't delicious and this wine is!! Aussie Nero.....who knew........
