Unusual blend, 15% alcohol. Dry, good balance of tannins and acid (more of the former). Tar, earth, dried violets, currants, sour cherries, black pepper. From Big Nose Full Body.

Ordered this off the half price menu last night. Thought it was a very flavorful full bodied wine. Lots of pop. Would order it again.

Pretty serious wine for the price. Powerful fruit tannin, complex acidity and complex spices mesh to make a neat little wine.

Date night :) a tiny but if spice, good but of acid, and a hint of earthiness. Relish.

Solid drinker. Overall very tasty went well with the food.

So big it's hard to believe this is a Pinot/Barbera blend!

Yum to the max at Via Carota w/ friends even more dee-lush than the food. You know who you are.
