Dark dried fruit, figs, herbs. Complex bose that is darker than the palate. In the mouth it is surprisingly athletic even though the dried fruit is there too. Very dry. A bit tart, though I had some parmigiano and balsamic vinegar with the wine which may have skewed my impression.
