Russian River Valley Chardonnay

It’s an oak Chard - but the “butter” tastes fake. Like movie popcorn butter. Too young in bottle right now to really taste, too.

Wood was a bit planky and singular. Most likely could use a couple more months in the bottle.

V16. Over delivers. Toasty nose. Buttery tropical and apricot fruits. Creamy finish.

Definitely oaky and woody, but well composed and not dominated by sweet oak flavors like vanilla and butter.

Excellent. Butterscotch notes and citrus fruit.

Buttery smooth and a nice young oak profile. Pleasantly surprised with this one from the top shelf at Publix. Finishes well and will age nicely of your into keeping vino long enough to age it at home ;) drinks well solo or with a nice charcuterie or chicken/pork/vegetable based dish. Californian Chard scores a big point on the board with this one!
