Nose is oozing vanilla, Cocoa , and oak. Like quite a bit. This is quite a big structured wine, tons of sweet fruit, medium- on the acid with little to no tannin to hold it up for much cellaring to me. Others might call this lush. Not typically what I drink but not terrible either. 14.5%

Don’t get much on the nose but very full body. Surprisingly not too heavy, easy to drink. Dark fruit and earth notes. Great with strong/sharp cheese.

Much more fruit then we enjoyed in the '11 Cab Franc. Still enjoyable, but not as smooth. 8.5 is slightly gracious. Perhaps.
