This was a great Cabernet Sauvignon. It took a while to decant/open up, but worth the wait. Really sweet and tempting scent on the nose - the flavor was great. Blackberries, cherry, spice, a great mix. The back end was just right - a mix of spice, a good amount of tannins- just a well made Cab. Paired with a big thick rib eye - it was a great meal with great people.
