Jun 15th, 2018This Viognier/Grenache Blanchet/Roussanne blend is dry but fruity and floral. It has lemon and grapefruit citrus acidity, dried apricot flavors, and a particularly creamy mouthfeel. We enjoyed it with Persian-style chicken with onions, squash, pink lemon, and fried rice.

Definitely a dry white wine. High acidity, not able to make out any fruity hints. Good cold for a tailgate on a warm day.

Ripe apricot, mango, peach rings, and warm kiwis. You can taste some heat from the vintage. Little disjointed and funky on the finish.
