2009 vintage. Lots of parallels to Langhe Nebbiolo. Light colored, fragrant and floral, pomegranate, dried cranberry, dried cherry, birch bark, dried rose petals. Held up well for several days.

Great value, lovely rose n woods aroma, bit of tar and clove, and black cherry. Streamlined and mineral palate, lots of oomph for $13, or even $20, strong furry tannin. Drank well over 3 days, excellent wine! 2010 Vintage

After an hour of decanting with lamb chops this wine was fantastic a lot like a lighter bodied gigondas.
