Great opener, we like fresh wine like this

I am not normally a dry white/rose wine guy by any means. But this is wonderful. Very floral, fruity, and even a bit vegetal. This is a great intro to the drier side of white/rose wine.

Solid rose to get the Friday going!

Delightful... had this with grilled pork, garlic mostaccioli .... perfect

Pretty salmon color with a trademark Provençal nose of strawberries and fresh melon. This isn’t a rosé that you get excited about or that rocks your world, it’s just really damn yummy. White pepper, juicy watermelon, crisp pears, and tasty red fruits. There’s a creaminess on the palate which enhances the fun. Nothing complex or deep here, just one of my favorite summer sippers.

Tried at pre-wedding wine tasting at Dockside; nice rosé

Tantalizingly pink with all the soft, lush fruits you want on the nose. Fresh strawberries, dried herbs, and tart cherry. The palate follows the nose with more strawberries and a touch of fine white pepper to give it some kick. Really soft rosé here. Not to be studied or closely examined, just drink it.
