Blend of 55% Pinot Noir, 25% Pinot Meunier and 20% Chardonnay from vineyards on different types of soils in Crouttes Sur Marne (Marne Valley), in the west of Champagne. Fermented in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts. 24 months of aging. Pale copper color. Delicate nose with aromas of red fruit and minerals. Green and red apple flavors. Very dry, lively, great acidity. Great texture. Long mineral finish

The best rose champagne I have ever had. So unique. First notes of dried cranberries and dried flowers. Finishing notes of heirloom tomato acidity and funk. Perfect amount of carbonation.
