Paired to Chicken Adobo (Milk Street recipe) and I'm convinced that coconut milk ingredient dishes are a perfect match to Riesling.

Sweet, green apple with petrol on the nose. Wow, great acidity, mouth coating, viscous. Medium sweet, just wonderful balance. Everyone should be buying this Finger Lakes producer.

If I blind tasted this I would have guessed an older German Riesling due to the Petrol. The NY acidity is there and while fairly well balanced a little too sweet.
