Nose has lemon juice on granite dust, old lemon zest, apple blossom, lightly toasted grains and green apple peel.
Palate has salted green apple slice, oxidized yellow apple slice, sugar dusted popcorn, yellow cherries, light creamy oak influence with medium acidity/finish. A great wine and effort.
Future bottles on this vintage will easily hold until 2028-34, in proper storage.

Palate has salted green apple slices, oxidized yellow apple, yellow cherry, minor oak notes and crusty bread.
Initially my prior notes assumed this might be Chardonnay based, but a few years on, I'm thinking no...my goal for this week is to get the actual blend out of Bruce Murray, and I'll report back.

Very nice effort for the first sparkling offer from the FLX region 🌠, assume this is Chardonnay based. Nice yeast/bread notes, crisp, Brut for sure, glad we have two more bottles in the cellar for age comparisons.

Super easy drinking. Seems to be a higher dosage than most bruts (there is a lingering backend sweetness).
