Great saison Brett. This one really evolve after you pour it. Pour and wait 30+ minutes. I'm a huge barnyard fan did not feel it. I guess it needs to be in the cellar for years before showing its true colors.

Still one of my favorites. Great flavor and nose. Pours with a strong head and while ABV=8.5% it doesn't kill you up front. Drinks well and provokes great conversation w friends.
