Light cold color with a clay soil nose. Notes of light citrus, ginger, white flowers, some caramel and butterscotch, some earth. Fruit is decent. Ample acidity. While not what I would deem all-out POX, this definitely has a little bit of the sherry/butterscotch, caramel thing going on. Usually this bottle would be emptied quickly with this group and it had half a bottle left at the end of the night. That's your rating right there.
