Floral, tart apricot that seems sweeter, but ends dry. Mouth watering. Feel as though it is prematurely aged...unsure about the weak seal of the glass stopper.

Love the mineral and citrus notes.

Nutty apple great fall flavor. Paired with chicken paillard, pears with goat cheese, slivered almonds, goat cheese and truffle honey. Dates too.
