Floral, tart apricot that seems sweeter, but ends dry. Mouth watering. Feel as though it is prematurely aged...unsure about the weak seal of the glass stopper.

Ahh dry tokaji! How fascinating. Skeptical, you only pour yourself a tiny taste as you have been led astray before... You find a little beam of light straight from heavens in your glass. And you quickly readjust your internal benchmarks, and pour yourself a full glass. This wine is devine, especially with oysters in the sunshine.

Savory orchard fruit and dried herbs, a dry Tokaji with plenty of texture. Only 1260 bottles made too.

In an intensely fruity-bordering-on-sweet stage of its development right now. Very primal, seems to have the structure to evolve out of its flamboyance and move on into being dry and complex.
