It’s a great wince by itself or with some spicier dishes. Definitely a crowd pleaser unless youre a dry snob. The body is medium, light acidity and amount of residual sugar balances out perfectly. It’s mineral and tropical, enjoy!

2011. Straw colour, complex flavour on the half-dry end of the spectrum. Not as smooth as Marcel Deiss's Alsace (2012) but not far behind.
