Not quite the correct wine...and this is far better than the 8.7s I’m seeing. Had this with fresh egg fettucini, homemade pasta sauce, and Waygu meatballs we made from ground beef we got at Snake River Farms. Another winner from our friends at Le volpe e’ l’uva in Florence!
