I do love my Prosecco's. They're typically fresh, crisp and cost effective. This one we picked up from Dan Murphy's for approximately $15. I love the shape of the bottle - so sleek!
In the glass it's a pale yellow colour with glimpses of silver. Maybe it is it's Italian heritage but I couldn't help but smell pizza dough on the nose! I also got whiffs of Granny Smith apples and citrus. On the palate it's full of flavour with those apple and orchard fruit flavours coming through alongside a citrus zing. I was surprised at the huge oomph of flavour on this Prosecco, it's definitely not shy.
