(Just getting into barolos), 2001, I sipped it right after opening, it's tight and I'm going to give a couple hours, but the first sip gave me the shivers, I'm just getting into these, but the potential from that first sip was really intense and complicated. (2hr later), it gets better and better, a rich juicy mouthfeel laced with explorative tannins and nip hints of pepper and subtle raspberry, a moderate sourness that oozes through, gourmet high end olives with a wet finish that lingers and get warm after a few minutes, the balance is outrageous
