Nebbiolo! Super crazy tannic (it kind of reminds me of the cinnamon challenge) and a lingering finish that clears out with strong acidity. This opened up beautifully throughout the night and made me crave a fatty lamb stew.

Young but still spicy and serious tannins. Great with olives and cheese. Will definitely improve with age.
