2021. Vineyard designated Hainfelder Ordensgut. Classic Gewürztraminer floral and apricot aromas and flavors with an off-dry level of sweetness. Paired great with miso cod, kimchi rice, and smashed cucumbers.

Off dry, with hint of tart cranberry. Initially didn't like, but it grew on me. Good after dinner, or hot summer afternoon.

Very interesting Gewürztraminer for 15 bucks - Coconut, lychee, almond crème, nutmeg, with a little RS. Would be great with Thai curry, coconut shrimp, or Brie with date cake.
