Third vintage and still probably the best white Boordy now makes. A beautiful, fresh nose of apricot and peach and just a touch of fresh grass. The palate is lush and juicy fresh out of the bottle with rich, dry acidity. Juicy flavors of apple, peach and melon followed by very dry herbal tones and a touch of stone. The finish is long dry and juicy at the same time. Really pretty.

This is a FANTASTIC wine- middle of the road in terms of sweet and crisp.

The 2016 vintage of this wine is something completely different. If nothing else, I can't remember a Boordy white wine tipping the scales at 14% ABV. This wine is lush and juicy on the notes with big aromas of peach, nectarine and tangerine. The is juicy but completely dry on the palate with amazing acidity. The peach and nectarine flavors really come through followed by that zesty acidity and just a touch of dried, bitter herbs to balance out the big fruit. The finish is long and dry with lots of acidity and a nice, juicy punch. This is really wine really shows a different side of Boordy, that they're trying new and different things. Really excellent.

Bright, crisp nose filled with fresh lemon and peach notes. Juicy, bright and very dry on the palate. Clean notes of citrus lead to savory, very dry stone notes and a touch of white pepper. The finish is a touch herbal and fairly long with great acidity.

Paired with pepper-crusted goat cheese, and various hard cheeses.
