This is so resolved and subtly confident. Loads of earthy garrigue notes lead on the nose, black peppercorns, so fragrant. Velvety soft and rich, but pulled back a bit and so balanced. Really fine

Jul 6th, 2023Holy crap this is a distinctive, complex wine. Smoke, minerals, eucalyptus, iodine, beef jerky, and, oh yeah, a little dark berry skin fruit. So soft and stony savory in the mouth. Length for days. Such character. Great wine.
UPDATE: As it airs, incense and Indian spices are coming out. Ridiculous.
