This is a peppery blend-on day 2. Much better today after it opened up than it was yesterday.

Love it... Must wait a few days tho... Day 1 to 3 is a completely different wine.

Young and feisty. (Was quite delightful the next day.) Good genes. Should mature into impressive wine a few years down the line.

This wine was a beast last night. It chased my lamb burgers like it was born to do so. With more time it became more complex and I could sense its softer side but it remained a beast all the same. This wine hangs around...lingers...and stains the mouth of its victims when it's through.

Great paired with lamb burgers

All the peppercorns. Needs a few years to tame that spice.
