This is not an oaky/buttery Chardonnay but there’s at least a little oak, or some lees aging in there - it’s a bit creamier than your typical stainless steel fermentation. There’s some baked apple spice and ripe fresh pears, jasmine and white flowers, maybe some underripe white peach. Medium body, medium acid, well balanced and vibrant. Very well made, but I was hoping for oak and malo when I bought it (what can I say I’m basic)
