50/50 with rye

French aperitivo, quinine style but not medicinally. Compared to Mochi Americano, the serious cousin-but not by much

Crafted into an excellent and refreshing aperitif.

Neat with a twist, so damn good. Plums, cherries, sweet, tart, acid, caramel, slightly bitter. Nice pucker punch and balance. A bit more refined than your standard Dolin.
