I recently tasted at this winery and was mostly not impressed, except for this chardonnay, which is from 34 year old estate grapes (pretty old by WA standards). Pretty great today and even better than I remember it being.

Wow, very good balance of fruit and oak. Full bodied and lovely for sipping or with food. Now one of my absolute favorites. I need to buy this again in quantity!
