Pretty has subtle grace

Buttery but light chardonnay

This is not an oaky/buttery Chardonnay but there’s at least a little oak, or some lees aging in there - it’s a bit creamier than your typical stainless steel fermentation. There’s some baked apple spice and ripe fresh pears, jasmine and white flowers, maybe some underripe white peach. Medium body, medium acid, well balanced and vibrant. Very well made, but I was hoping for oak and malo when I bought it (what can I say I’m basic)

A little too much of a mineral taste

Unoaked and some crispness. Not for those looking for a buttery oak bomb.

Crisp apple and fruit upfront. Light tart Apple middle. "Low brix " per Ardie Bananno who talked about the wine.

Very nice floral/honey and very light oak.
