Right wine, wrong time. Beautiful, delicate, strawberry cream Dr.Browns. (Is that a thing?) easy drinking, doesn't make your head hurt trying to jump over it.

Celebrating 5 years with my bride at our usual joint, Wild Olives in Rosemary Beach.
Excellent rosé champagne that my wife & saved for a couple of years. We were planning on drinking it last year for her 30th birthday but since she was pregnant we opted to save it for our 5th anniversary. Very rich and expressive with nice minerality, tangerine, grapefruit, and assorted citrus notes.
