Torr'Alta Veronese Corvina Blend

For the price this wine is pretty killer. Doesn't try to be something it's not, just delivers nice acid and fruit in a velvety smooth package. Bought a few cases at wholesale for a “cellar defender.”

I really enjoyed this wine, hubby didn’t love it but typically doesn’t care for older vintages. Strawberry on the nose, musty leather notes. Would love to have again

Dec 24, 2017. Tucson. Light-Med bodied, despite deep color. Wine is just Ok, not very interesting. Says it's a ripasso, but I've had much better ones -- richer and more elegant.

Very fruit forward, simple and luscious but does not have an extraordinary amount of structure. does the job.
