Winery situated in the Clarksburg AVA in the inland valleys, but sourcing fruit from different regions, so not sure where this comes from. Old vine blend of Zinfandel, Syrah, Cabernet sauvignon and Petite Sirah, aged in American oak for 12 months. Ripe dark berry fruit, slightly jammy. Spicy finish with rather rustic tannins and medium length. 2013 vintage.Good value at 14.50 euro.

Unexpectedly good, a little different. Not too fruity, strong oaks and a dab of chocolate toward the end. Liked it. Needed to air out a minute.

Good smell, slight oak flavor off the tongue. Nice medium blend, not too strong of tannins. Good fruity flavor (blackberry) with a nice dry finish.
