Essential Old Vine California Zinfandel Blend

2014 vintage. Black cherries and spices. Easy drinking, less rustic tannin than the 2013 vintage.

One of the smoothest blends I've had. Used a decanter so it could breathe and it lightened up the taste. Slightly fruity with little tannins. Would definitely get again.

I liked it. Not too heavy or dark. Easy drinker. Good to pair with.

The power of blending very well illustrated here. This is basically a simple wine, tuned in to a very likable blend.

Best grocery store red.

Fruity spicy. Raspberry chocolate cinnamon. Not awful not spectac.

Rich, succulent and jammy with blackberry, dark fruits, cedar, licorice, leather, sweet tobacco/ cigar box . This complexity has a resounding finish filled with peppery spices! Unique old vine fruit intensity gives a memorable wine tasting experience! Prefer to drink it as an aperitif on a cold day, because of its richness, but would be excellent with roast leg of lamb!🍇🍷🌹

Bright on nose, smooth but a little too mellow on the tongue. Definitely improved the longer it breathed.
