Full bodied with medium acidity.
Dry on the palate with blackberries, black currants, plums, cooked cherries, earth, oak, spices, licorice, peppercorn, coffee, chocolates, tobacco and light vegetables.
Medium finish with fine grained tannins and tangy raspberries.
This is a nice Merlot from California. Easy drinking with a nice mouthfeel.
Showing mild complexity, rich and extracted. Plush and tangy. A good everyday wine.
Good right out of the bottle and better with some air time (30 minutes).
I had it all by itself by the lake.

Nice nose. Cedar and berries. Flavor is soft and fruit forward. Hint of spice box and mocha. A bit of a fruit soup, but serviceable if you can’t get a more dynamic selection.
