Light gold color. Medium to fine size bubbles. Nose of apple, pear and bread. On the palate, same fruit profile with grilled bread, chalk, long finish with a touch of saltiness and vanilla cake. Medium complexity, but totally delicious and what a QPR! Very good.
Made of Macabeu, Xarel-Lo, Parellada and this particular Cuvée as 7% Chardonnay in it.Aged in stacks for around 36 months. Alcohol level of 12,5%
