Very crisp and light. Would probably do better with lighter fare than the meze I paired it with. Excellent for summer.

Jul 29th, 2021Fresh like a sea breeze, with aromas of wet salty pebbles, moss, a bit of shy lemon peel & white flowers.
On the palate this is linear, crisp yet with some weight, mineral & pure.
A bit of yellow stone fruit, some lemon, but most of all the saline minerality.
This has surprising complexity & depth and is a delight!
