What’s this? A reasonably priced Priorat that I actually enjoy? Now I’ve seen everything. The fruit is actually fresh and lifted and the minerality is right up front.

Good balance of fruit dryness and alcohol (15% was not really noticable). Really interesting mix of flavours and tannins, but surprisingly did not stand up to beef bourgignon quite as well as the beef skewers bought from the farmers market outside St Andrews.
