BIG Red wine! 100% Monastrell. Aromas of Plums, dark cherries, violets and green peppers. As it opens up, it smells more like raisins and licorice. Very ripe Plums and cassis on the pallet. Deep, dark color with a Smoky finish. High Alcohol (15%) but with very smooth tannins.

This one was smooth right out the bottle - move in wine 2.0 ! Perfect with salty Spanish cheese . A rich experience
