This wine from the Canary Islands is bright asks fresh with crisp acidity and plenty of green apple, lemon, wet stone and flint. It also has a rich undercurrent of yellow plum, white peach and fennel and a bit of salinity on the finish. Made for seafood, and Very nice with a pesto and goat cheese pizza

Fun white wine. Wanted a bit more acid.

Serious wine! Refined and strict. Coconut, spices and slight smokiness (algea?). This is a high-strung almost austere wine.

Blah. Too round for my taste.

At Next Taps

Had way more flesh than I expected, a little on the blowzy side for me, but still tasty.

This is varietal Gual, aka Boal, not Albillo.
