Reductive off the bat but opens up pretty quickly with time in the glass. Nose has plenty of dried stone fruit and something that reminds me of fried plantain. There’s also iodine & kerosene mineral component. Palate is salty with a medium level of acidity that works nicely with the slightly sour nut oil finish.
