Very cool spanish blend. Little bit floral tropical and stone fruity, counterbalanced by ripping acidity and a clean minerality. A nice break from the usual spanish fare.

Subtle stone fruits (unripe peach), good minerality that lingers, medium body. Good for food pairings, subtle enough flavors to complement without cutting through them. Going awesome with tomato, scallops and steak!
