100% old vine Tinto Fino (aka tempranillo) from, a tiny village in Ribero del Douro. Only 100 or so people live in the village and 85% of them work at the winery. Limestone soil and high desert climate makes for outstanding wine.
Red berries and minerality, slightly spicy notes. Medium body and I feel drinks way better than most Riojas

Deep ruby color. Blueberries, dried figs, and oak on the nose. Tastes like black pepper, and cherries with lots of tannins and good acidity.
