The brightness and acidity on this, matched with the dark, botanical flavor and a bit of smokiness from the oak is an intoxicating combination. Black cherry kicks in for the long ride at the end.

Surprised me for a Pedro Ximenez. Light in color and still the syrupy texture, but not as overwhelming and is one that I could have more than just one glass.
