Fuenteseca Utiel-Requena Bobal Cabernet Sauvignon
Excellent organic and vegan red blend of Bobal (60%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (40%). Dark ruby color with purple highlights. Intense aromas and flavors of cassis and red plums. Hints of black licorice and black olives. No oak aging. Just a bit of tannin (probably from the Cabernet Sauvignon). Luscious and fresh tasting. Really interesting. Fire up the barbecue! Excellent wine, Kase!

Mar 29th, 2023This is a completely organic and vegan Spanish Rose’ blend of Bobal (80%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (20%). Nice light pink color with some fuchsia highlights. Very fragrant with notes of ripe strawberries and white flowers. Fresh on the pallet featuring strawberries, melon and wet gravel. Just a hint of citrus on the finish. Bone dry with plenty of acidity and a bit of heft. Interesting blend of varietals and outstanding QPR! Thank you for sharing, Kase!

Mar 29th, 2023Happy to be the first rating this wine. 50% bobal from carbonic maceration + traditional Fermentation of Cab from Utiel Requena. Considering the fact that it cost less than 10 USD in the shelve this is a very approachable and youthful red wine
