Reddish dark burgundy in color, edge is showing some brick, made with 50% Monastrell and 50% Syrah, rustic with notes of salty meat, anise, oriental spice, clove and pepper, medium body with very soft tannin, finish is not very long, will no go wrong with any dishes that use paprika and olive.
