Dark and reddish-purple in the glass, this wine gives off notes of green bell pepper and bright red fruit before settling into wet forest, wood and slight vanilla notes. The palate is still slightly vegetal after having been open for an hour but the spicy fruit is still there even if the finish is not.

Very nice, robust cab. It has hints of plum and spicy anise. This wine stands up nicely to spice and most ethnic food. Make sure you let if breathe for a few hours to breathe.
