Medium purple in color; blackberries, black cherries, and dried herbs on the nose; medium acidity; medium tannins; tastes like raspberries, boysenberries (I think) and wet slate with a long fruity finish. Nellie didn't like it at first, but she liked it after about an hour decant. I like it. I definitely recommend decanting for an hour.
