All the components are here... A shlwack of of dark cherry... Wood notes of vanilla... But missing the power I expect in a Rioja... Not Terrible by any means, but just not the monster I want to see.

Full bodied and dry. Lots of dark berry flavour with a balanced oak. Pairs well with sharp cheese, lamb, and beef stew.
