Bodegas Paso Robles
Graciano
Bright red cherry, rustic, medium body, tart structure, nice surprise for a domestic wine, simple wine, but a baby still at 5 years old, very fresh, slight VA, not manipulated at all.

Dec 31st, 2012The only pure Graciano I have encountered. Meaty, with coffee and fennel. Oregano and a whole lot of herb box action. Quite complex. High tannins.

Aug 29th, 2015This 2011 Bastardo from Bodegas Paso Robles is a varietal I have never heard of or had the opportunity to taste. A peppery smooth slightly nutty mouthful of flavor. Paired with a burger and fries and it worked. Life is too short to always drink the same varietals.
